Traditionally jalapeno peppers, but sometimes we mix in poblanos and Hungarian hot wax to switch it up a bit (depending on what is producing at the farm!). These are a fan favourite with the spiciness of the sliced peppers, processed in a sweet and spicy brine. Add it to literally anything, you're gonna love it!
